Our approach is family-focused and relationship-driven, built on trust, clear communication, and long-term partnerships. I oversee and coordinate projects from start to finish, working closely with clients and professional teams to ensure efficient delivery and high-quality results. Organised and adaptable, I thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines without compromising professionalism.

Jaco Esterhuyse
Born to a family with a proud slate roofing heritage, construction is in his being. Jaco studied Quantity Surveying at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology earning a B-Tech degree in 2008. During his 2 decades in construction, Jaco has had broad exposure to the construction industry. From on-site construction management to heading up the cost surveying team at a well known Cape Town construction firm. His project involvement ranged from high-end residential to commercial and turn key solutions. This time was not only spent gaining valuable knowledge, but also nurturing the next generation of construction professionals and learning that construction is about people much more than it is about sand and cement. He brings with him a 360-degree package with a personal touch.
